Vestry Reports

St. Mary's  vestry meets monthly and after approving the previous month's minutes, posts the minutes online for the community to read.  This keeps the parish up-to-date on the strategic as well as tactical workings of the vestry.

Here are links to the vestry reports back to 2020.  We also have the vestry reports from 2011-2019 available online.

Contact the  vestry clerk if you would like access to the 2011- 2019 reports or have a problem accessing the 2020- present files.

Annual Reports

St. Mary's  annual reports provide an opportunity to see the accomplishments of the previous year as well as the goals for the upcoming year.  The annual report includes the business and ministries of the parish, the major motions of the vestry, and a financial report that covers the fiscal health of the parish as well as the budgetary priorities for the coming year.

Please note that the annual report that is available reflects the work of the year on the report.  This report is accepted at the annual meeting of the corporation in the February of the succeeding year.  For example, the 2023 Annual Report includes the work of the vestry and parish in 2023, a review of the 2023 budget as well as the 2024 budget.  This report would have been accepted by the corporation at the February 2024 meeting.

We provide links to the current decade's (2020's) annual reports.  If you'd like to see  historical annual reports, they are available online back to 2010.  Contact the  vestry clerk for permission to access these files.
