At St. Mary's well-being includes all aspects of our lives as God's creation. We believe in taking care of our minds, bodies and spirits, each of which is a gift from God, and in nourishing each of these aspects in our lives.
St. Mary's provides a community in which we have the support of others and a place in which one can be both open and vulnerable as well as safe. Our intellectual and spiritual health – mind and soul— are connected to our physical well-being and that spills over into our relationships, work, and every aspect of our life.
From Bible study to a community garden to a relationship with the Sacred Center, St. Mary's offers numerous ways for us to take good care of one of God's most sacred creations -- us!
